The MR USCAN Programs Marketing Leader coordinates and manages the MR Installed Base (IB) in the USCAN region. This role contributes to the growth of the portfolio(s) by developing IB sales programs and managing show sites and reference sites for MR products. Works together with the MR marketing director and product marketers to develop and roll out IB retention programs and sell MR upgrades.
• Use IB data to identify key customer needs and create commercial and marketing programs to sell upgrades and new MR systems to the existing IB • Work with the Inside Sales and direct sales teams to effectively roll out IB upgrade programs • Create and update a reference sites list for MR • Update and maintain IB database for MR • Work with product & global Marketing to improve the flex trial license generation process and create an automated SW license generation system for “try-and-buy” purposes • Work with MR USCAN GM, Zone Modality Leaders and Region Modality Leader to create and roll out individual order targets for upgrades • Work with Clinical Marketing team to develop and certify new MR product show sites in USCAN • Understand customer’s needs as well as values and benefits sought for the product/service offering • Help assess modality portfolio competitiveness and drive clear product positioning for MR upgrades • Support the development of global marketing plan and value proposition • Implement regional segmentation strategy. Manage processes and programs to increase customer awareness, preference and purchase intent (e.g., lead generation campaigns) • Contribute to the Growth Playbook and support activity of regional/operational marketing teams and ensure alignment with global marketing plan • Monitor metrics and operating mechanisms to ensure achievement of business objectives (e.g., lead generation programs, trade show management, etc)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field 2. 5+ years experience in marketing, product marketing or related field 3. Excellent oral and written communications skills 4. Strong analytical and process skills
- Clinical and/or technical MR knowledge and 3+ years of experience working with MR 2. MBA or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field 3. 8+ years experience in marketing, product marketing or related field 4. Marketing experience in market & customer insights, product commercialization and branding 5. Healthcare product/industry acumen 6. Innovation – ability to develop/execute on new ideas through collaboration 7. Strong analytical and process skills 8. Team oriented – ability to work well with diverse, cross-functional teams
