The HR Operations function at BlackRock is responsible for the effective delivery and support of all operational activities across the HR function globally. The HR Operations team is comprised of the following: contactHR, Recruiting Operations, Payroll, Talent Management Operations, HR Consulting and Employee Relations Support.
You will be part of a team of coordinators responsible for the execution of a pro-active and comprehensive service to the Lateral Recruiting team within Talent Acquisition, as well as responding to line manager, external vendor and candidate inquiries. You will ensure that BlackRock policies and procedures are applied consistently and you will be focused on the delivery of best practice at all times. You will gain exposure across various teams within HR Operations and form partnerships as all work together for the success of the campus team and programs.
Provide recruitment support for a team of recruiters including scheduling candidate interviews, drafting offer letters, utilizing and updating the applicant tracking system (Workday), and managing the reference check process
Generate offer letter and packages and appropriately document and manage the post offer, pre-hire process to ensure all necessary actions are taken prior to the new hire start date.
Manage candidates through the pre-boarding process: background checks, system updating, be the candidate point of contact throughout the process
Respond to both internal and external general inquiries about employment and the employment process
Participate in the development and implementation of new HR processes related to onboarding new joiners.
Working closely with the wider ContactHR, Talent Management, Mobility, etc. teams on process improvement activities.
Must be flexible to perform other duties as assigned.

Ability to build effective and trusted relationships across the HR function and in particular with the Recruiters.
Manage recruitment process administration in an effective and timely manner.
Experience of working within a HR or Recruiting support role would be advantageous.
