Job Description:

Benefits Delivery and Engagement for Octave Card:

  • This role is responsible for benefits management, usage, service and experience for the Octave Card

  • Responsibilities include managing 3rd party benefit suppliers (Concierge, network, travel, insurance, etc) to ensure adherence to service standards, customer usage/engagement and optimizing processes.

  • Manage and track performance reporting from 3rd parties and client-facing benefits website to optimize benefit delivery and service levels

  • Monitor quality through call listening, monitoring field feedback and management reviews. Identify and resolve issues per compliance/contract requirements

  • Promote benefits directly to cardholders via management of client-facing site and off-line benefit guides/marketing collateral. In addition, promote benefits to concierge via training materials
