We are recruiting a dynamic sales professional with the ability to contribute at a high level and bolster an already outstanding team. Our Specialty Sales Representative has singular ownership of his or her territory. The representative is responsible for meeting physician and patient needs while developing strong and lasting relationships with healthcare providers and their staff. This is an outstanding opportunity for those with no pharma experience to launch a pharmaceutical sales career with a leading company. KEY OBJECTIVES/DELIVERABLES INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
Demonstrate the following personal attributes: accountability, positive attitude, resilience, gumption, curiosity, fearlessness, creativity, drive and confidence
Demonstrate self-motivation by functioning independently with a high degree of initiative, entrepreneurship and autonomy while achieving both short and long term goals
Demonstrate the ability to quickly gain understanding of behavioral health/psychiatric disease states, products, market dynamics and practice settings
Experience in gaining comprehensive knowledge of products, clinical studies, protocols and guidelines and utilizing that knowledge to deliver information in a sales environment
Develop and execute territory business plans for assigned brands while achieving consistent sales growth within the territory
Promote products ethically and within compliance based on company’s sales process and approved marketing strategy
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers across multiple settings
Overnight travel within the territory and air travel to regional and national meetings required
Conduct successful medical educational programs often after normal business hours
1 - 5 years of non-pharmaceutical B2B sales experience
Possess and maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver’s license with a clean motor vehicle record for the past 5 years
Documented successful sales track record required
Ability to understand and communicate highly scientific and technical medical information.

Documented leadership ability
Effective administrative / organizational skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Bachelor’s degree with concentration in business, sciences, or other relevant field
