JPMorgan Chase Technology for Social Good – Youth Programs Manager (Associate) in Wilmington, Delaware

Technology for Social Good, Diversity and Inclusion (TFSG D&I) focuses on fostering a more inclusive, diverse and innovative culture across Global Technology through strategic and social good programs that attract, develop, inspire and retain a highly engaged workforce. Current programs include Force for Good, Code for Good, Youth Programs and Diversity & Inclusion.

This role will directly support the Youth Programs Lead with a primary focus on one core programs: CyberKidz, while providing support across other Youth Programs on an as needed basis. This role will serve as the global administrator of the CyberKidz program overseeing the following activities:

  • Automate operations by developing more efficient training modules and standardized operating procedures for outreach

  • Process owner to centrally manage volunteers

  • Work closely with supporting partners like HR, Legal, and Compliance to manage necessary approvals and clearances

  • Manage relationship with NGOs/Nonprofits and any legal agreements

  • Work closely with regional executives/volunteers and help drive relationship with schools

  • Youth Programs General Support: Support the Youth Programs Lead on general tasks and goals of other youth programs

  • Assist with coordination of event logistics for programs such as Girls Who Code, All Star Code and mentor information sessions

  • Create communications and material for intranet site

  • Manage the Youth Programs mailbox

  • Proven track record of success with project and/or program management

  • Strong Influencer, with excellent intrapersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Comfort with public speaking, leading webinars, large conference calls and comfortable being in front of and presenting to large audiences

  • Highly detail oriented

  • Ability to work effectively within a global team (spread across NAMR, EMEA, APAC.) while influencing and contributing towards the development of the global platform

  • Strong analytical and problem solving abilities

  • Clear understanding of Risk, Controls and Compliance constructs and prior experience in a controlled environment is preferred

  • Ability to leverage existing or quickly develop new networks of internal and external stakeholders to drive programs

  • Passion for non-profits and the social good sector, previous experience not a requirement but is preferred

  • Strategic as well as detail oriented, hands on

  • Ability to juggle multiple activity streams

  • Flexible and able to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

  • Able to work autonomously, as well as a collaborate in a global matrix managed organization
